• This policy covers how ACCJJ treats personal information that it collects and receives, including information related to your past use of ACCJJ and its services. Personal information means information about you which personally identifies you, like your name, address, email address, or phone number, and which is not otherwise publicly available.
• This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that ACCJJ does not own or control, or to people that ACCJJ does not employ or manage.

Information Collection and Use

General

• ACCJJ collects personal information when you register with ACCJJ subscribe member, when you sign up to subscribe to ACCJJ’s newsletters and when you enter the promotions. ACCJJ may combine information about you with information we obtain from business partners or other companies.
• The voluntary information visitors provide through online surveys and/or site registrations may be stored, analyzed, and used for marketing purposes and to improve the way we do business with our current and potential customers and readers. Unless stated otherwise, ACCJJ does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies except to provide products or services you’ve requested or under the following circumstances:

• We may provide information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with ACCJJ under confidentiality agreements. These companies may use your personal information to help ACCJJ communicate to you offers from ACCJJ and our marketing partners. However, these companies do not have any independent right to share this information.
• Where we are required by law, such as in a criminal or civil investigation or other legal proceedings, to divulge such information to the authorities.
• Where there may be suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, or other violations of ACCJJ’s terms of use.

• Users who visit this page can unsubscribe by following instructions contained in the messages they receive.
• We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the ACCJJ service, such as service announcements, administrative messages and ACCJJ newsletters, that are considered part of your ACCJJ membership, without offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving them.
